Size: Standard sizes are 46 x 67, 46 x 60, and 53 x 67 (tapestry throw), 53 x 60 (tapestry throw). Size does not include fringe. Custom sizes available.

Material: 100 % Cotton. Grown and made in the USA.

Washing Instructions: Machine wash, gentle cycle, cold water, cool dry. Do not bleach.

Colors: There is a range of 39 colors to choose from on our 2, 2 1/2, and 3 layer throws. See color chart for yarn colors. Tapestry throws use different yarns with hundreds of available colors. Colors are selected by our design department.

Minimum Quantity: 100 units

Production Time: 2 weeks design time; 2 weeks for production after design is approved. See Production Procedures.

Art Charges: No artwork/design charge will be applied to orders of 250 units or more. Artwork/design charges are $100.00-$300.00 on orders less than 250 units.

Electronic Art Requirements: File type: PDF, TIFF, JPEG, or PICT.

• Software type: Photoshop, Freehand, Illustrator, Powerpoint, Acrobat, or Microsoft Word. Files must be in a MAC Format.
• Media type: CD, Electronic, 3 1/2 in. Floppy Disk, Zip-Disk, Fax, or Hard-Copy.

Gift Boxes: Gift boxes are available. Throws can be individually boxed or boxes will ship flat. Call for details.

Drop Ship Information: Individual drop ship is available for an additional charge. Call for details.

Shipping: UPS or motor freight shipping is used unless otherwise specified.

Overruns: Custom products require customer’s agreement to accept 5% variation in order quantity.

Terms: Net 30 days. F.O.B. South Carolina.

Production Procedures:

1. When order is placed, the customer sends reference material (clear black and white photos, drawings, postcards or electronic artwork, etc...) for design to be developed.
2. Color print is submitted to customer for approval or changes to the design.
3. Once customer approves the color print, a pre-production sample is woven.
4. If no changes, your order goes into production the day it is approved. Depending on the size of your order, it usually takes two to three weeks for production.

Trademark Usage: All copy or other materials submitted by the customer for use in producing the items ordered will be accepted as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right to privacy, patent, or similar protection. Designs created by MJ Design, Inc. are copyrighted and other uses of them require our consent. Designs shown do not constitute endorsement of our product line by anyone. They are used to illustrate various idea applications.

Design Use for Promotional Purposes: Keepsake Cottons hereby reserves the right to use or display any products manufactured with Customer’s logo and artwork for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise specifically stated in writing by the customer.
