Concept

We start with the reference material you send. This can be anything from just an idea or a logo, to an electronic art file. At this point we like to briefly discuss ideas for the design, application of the throw, confirm which layer of throw best fits your needs and determine the quantity.

Art/Design

In the next step, our artist takes this material and creates a color design that is uniquely created as a lasting piece of art. We use weave changes and mix yarns to insure your throw will have a powerful impact. This color design is sent to you for review and approval. The design process usually takes about two weeks.

Weaving

Once the design is approved, we weave a pre-production sample, which we ship overnight. After the sample is approved, your order goes into production that very day! The weaving process usually takes two weeks.

Finished Product

Each throw is inspected and inserted into a protective vinyl bag. A special card can be created and inserted that tells the story of your custom designed throw.
